Vitale

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Vitale, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Vitale is a general wellness app for logging mood, energy, sleep, food, symptoms, and optional notes. It may show trends, correlations, forecasts, and AI-generated wellness content based on your entries.

3. Health and AI Disclaimer

Vitale is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Vitale is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Correlations do not establish causation, and AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical concerns. Do not use Vitale for emergencies.

4. Accounts

Vitale may create an anonymous account so cloud sync can work before you add an email address. If you add sign-in credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide must be accurate and you must have legal capacity to accept these terms.

5. Subscriptions, Ads, and Billing

Vitale may offer a free, ad-supported tier and paid Vitale+ subscriptions. Current products, prices, billing periods, trials, and benefits are shown in the app before purchase. Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's billing, cancellation, and refund rules. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Google Play before the next billing date.

Deleting your Vitale account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately in Google Play to stop renewal.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of the wellness entries and other content you submit. You give Vitale permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the features you use, subject to the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Vitale's software, design, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to the Vitale developer. These terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app as intended.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including free or premium features, when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

10. Termination and Deletion

We may suspend access for material violations of these terms, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using Vitale at any time and may delete your account through the app or the account deletion page.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vitale is provided "as is" and without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The latest version and effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
