Delete Your Vitale Account

You can permanently delete your Vitale account and associated wellness data. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Vitale and select Profile.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

After the request succeeds, Vitale deletes your authentication account and associated cloud records, including synced daily logs, insights, and chat history. The app also clears its local wellness database and preferences on that device.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email shahidshamimshah3@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Vitale Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To prevent future renewal charges, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions and cancel Vitale+ separately.

Retention

Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Residual encrypted backups may remain until they cycle out under service-provider backup schedules. Retained information is not used to recreate your account.
